This Design features a fairly modest contemporary styled Inn, situated in this example, nestled in to a site on a lake.  That said, it could really be located anywhere. The Inn is a two story structure with most of its rooms located on the upper floor which is accessed via an elevator and an open stairway.  All of the rooms on the upper, including storage and laundry facilities,  are accessed from an open mezzanine which wraps around the interior of the entire structure and looks down to the main floor below, and what is basically a glass

ceiling above.  This arrangement creates quite a dramatic feeling.

The main floor consists of a Reception and Foyer area, a Central Dining space, a Kitchen where food is prepared for the guests, additional Guest Rooms,  a Bar, a Sitting Area, Bathrooms and employee storage areas,  as well as a Porte Cochere for arriving guests.  Parking is located close to the Inn Entry as well as close to the Boathouse and Dock location.
