This Design features a GUEST HOUSE, sometimes also noted as a SECONDARY DWELLING. The Design Concept for this Project was to create a modern, contemporary, fairly austere space that included a very open, dramatic 'gallery-esque' structure within a building footprint of 28' x 28'.

The Design includes a full kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as bathroom and storage areas on the lower portion of the structure.  In addition, it also features an open loft space that incorporates a sleeping area with closets and storage space, as well as a full bathroom. Also included is a spacious carport with a covered storage area below the carport roof.
