This Design is for a modest, fairly small, Bungalow / Guest House. It features a total living area of 835 sq. ft. with a covered porch of 150 sq. ft. It

also includes a second story Loft, and a Home Office,  which each connect via a walkway / bridge overlooking the living area below. Obviously, optional exterior finishes can be chosen, one of which is a board and batt look, which is included within the slide show.
