This Design features a 2 Bedroom, Master Suite, 3 Car Garage, plus an additional

separate Bungalow that includes a Kitchenette. The Bungalow has its own Entry. This space works quite well for any Guests, etc. The main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas are located in one large open space featuring cavity sliding doors, allowing this space to be totally open to the exterior. There is a nice Gallery area on the Upper Floor which accesses two Bedrooms. In this particular Design example, the Ground Floor is sitting on a Foundation of 24" round concrete columns. Obviously, the structures could sit on a Slab on Grade or a typical Raised Foundation as an alternative Foundation option.
