This Design consists of a Boathouse that could be situated on a lake environment. The ground floor includes glass sectional overhead doors, a space for two boats, a laundry area, a changing room and a general storage area. Also included is a generous dock area with outdoor seating and dining. The second  floor includes a living space with an open gallery entry, cathedral ceilings, living, dining and kitchen areas, a bathroom, a laundry, two bedrooms and a spacious exterior deck which is also accessed from a spiral staircase on the main dock area. There is also a version of the Boathouse with flat roofs, as opposed to the gable end pitched metal roofs.
